Non-invasive therapies using microneedles are the most advanced skin regeneration procedures available today. The tiny needles of Mesopen are introduced into the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin. As an immediate response, the procedure of wound healing is initiated by the organism boosting the protein synthesis of collagen and elastic fibres. The microneedles open up fine channels to inject sterile and approved active ingredients into the skin. The ingredients are delivered directly to the site of absorption to have a visible, quick and lasting impact. One hour after the treatment, these microchannels close and while the epidermis layer regenerates, the protein compounds responsible for flexibility and firmness regain their original structure and hydration property.

Rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle treatments using Mesopen

The collagen induction therapy is used with great efficiency to rejuvenate the skin, slow the aging process and to treat fine lines and wrinkles. By using Mesopen, collagen synthesis will be boosted in the skin - this is why it is called collagen induction therapy. The skin regeneration process is induced, fibroblast synthesis is increased, as a result of which large amounts of Type I collagen and elastin are produced - this is the collagen induction therapy. The cells will absorb more water, collagen of the right quantity and quality is produced owing to which firmness and skin texture are improved. Wrinkles get filled up, the skin surface becomes even and smooth resulting in young-looking skin. The microneedles in the treatment head open up fine channels in the skin to inject mesotherapeutic ingredients at the right depths.

Recommended treatment: 5 to 10 sessions every 2 weeks.

After 5 sessions, a 1-month healing period is to be observed.

Results of the treatment are visible already after one or two sessions. However, final results are obtained one or two months after the entire series of sessions has finished.

Scar treatment using Mesopen

A scar is composed of fibrous tissue that replaces normal skin after an injury to the tissue in the deep layers of the epidermis and dermis. The fibrous tissue is filled up with newly produced collagen. However, these collagen fibres are of poorer quality and quantity than they were before the injury. Scars can be rather small or even very large, after surgery, for example. Their colour and texture differ from those of a normal skin. There are no follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands in scars.

By using Mesopen, the skin's natural healing process is reinitiated and, due to the carefully selected ingredients, the collagen synthesis is restored. Thin skin thickens, thus making scars less visible. As a first step, scars fade and then, with a few exceptions, disappear completely. Regrettably, this treatment cannot be used to recover damaged follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands.
